Questions.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks minimum for most orders, four to eight weeks for weddings. I only take a few events a month, so book early to lock your date.
What's the minimum?
Forty macarons, one flavor per twenty. Mix and match flavors across the collections in a single order.
Gluten-free or dairy-free?
Macarons are naturally gluten-free: they're almond-based, with no wheat flour. I make dairy-free versions on request, too. Everything's baked in a home kitchen that also handles dairy, eggs, and nuts, so tell me about any allergies and I'll take care of you.
Where do you deliver?
Redding and the North State. Delivery starts at $25; basic setup, full display, and styled installation are available.
How does booking work?
A 50% deposit secures your date. Your final count is confirmed seven days before the event, with the balance due then.
Custom colors or flavors?
Yes. A palette is simply your event's color set. For $25 I'll match your macarons to it: send a photo or color codes and I'll nail the shades. Want a custom flavor? Just ask.
